Squat Jump
/- Stand upright with your arms straight by your sides.
- Bend at the hips and knees into a semi-squat position, leaning your torso slightly forward.
- Push off your feet jump straight up.
- Land in semi-squat to absorb and repeat the jump.

Always dressed for action in her workout clothes, Lisa found her calling as a fitness and nutrition expert early on as a young gymnast – learning that how you look, how you feel, and how well you perform is directly related to what you eat, and how you move your body every day. A former competitive gymnast and coach, Lisa holds a BS in Exercise Physiology, a MS in Nutritional Science, and is a Certified Nutritionist and Health Coach.
In addition to her work as a Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist at the Roaring Fork Club, Lisa owns two dynamic health and wellness businesses in the valley: She is the co-owner of Good Clean Food, Delivered – a chef-prepared, nutritionist approved, vegan food delivery service. She is also the founder of lisacohenfitness.com – an online health and fitness community where she writes about delicious healthy food and teaches wellness without deprivation
