Turmeric is an Indian Spice that is know for it’s many positive health benefits:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 orange

  • 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Almond Milk Unsweetened

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp ginger minced

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • dash of black pepper

  • 6-8 ice cubes
