Chef Krisi’s Green Drink

  • 1 Cup Coconut Water or water or nut milk
  • 1 -2 Handful Spinach
  • Small Slice Fresh Ginger
  • Mint – 4 leaves
  • 1/2 banana (frozen is best)
  • 1 green apple
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 1 -2 T Hemp Seeds
  • 1 T Chia Seeds
  • 5 Cubes Ice

Place all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.
