Chef Krisi's Roasted Garlic and Kale Hummus
/ROASTED GARLIC KALE HUMMUS
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 1 ( 15 -ounce ) can chickpeas, drained
- 1 cup tightly packed kale ,washed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoon water
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Olive oil for serving
Drizzle a head of garlic with olive oil and roast in the oven for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Peel.
Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend till smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Serve with veggies , pita or crackers
This dip makes a delicious sandwich spread!
