Easy Mango Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 Mango (peeled and cubed)

  • 2 cups Fresh Corn

  • 2 tbs Red Onion (finely chopped)

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (finely chopped)

  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)

  • Juice and zest of 1 lime

  • Sea Salt to taste

  • jalapeno slices (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
